Meet Mox Sticker Contest
Official Rules & Regulations
Win the First to Play VIP Weekend

1. Sponsor
The Meet Mox Sticker Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored and administered by Moxy Ottawa Downtown (the “Sponsor”).
The Voima Group Canada Inc. is providing promotional and administrative support for the Contest, including hosting these Official Rules, but is not the Contest sponsor, prize provider, or decision-maker.

2. Contest Period
The Contest begins when promotional Mox stickers become available at participating partner locations throughout downtown Ottawa. Entries will only be accepted once stickers have been made publicly available.
The Contest closes at 11:59 p.m. EDT on August 31, 2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of Ontario who have reached the age of majority in Ontario at the time of entry.
Employees of Moxy Ottawa Downtown, RIMAP Hospitality, Marriott International, The Voima Group Canada Inc., participating partner businesses, and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to enter.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

4. How to Enter
To receive one (1) entry into the Contest, participants must:
Pick up a free Mox sticker from any participating partner location, place the sticker on a personal item such as a laptop, water bottle, phone case, notebook, or another creative location, take a photo featuring the sticker, share the photo to their Instagram Story during the Contest Period, follow @MoxyOttawaDowntown on Instagram, and tag @MoxyOttawaDowntown in the Story.
Participants may receive one (1) additional entry per day by sharing a new Instagram Story featuring their Mox sticker during the Contest Period. Limit one (1) entry per person per day.
If a participant’s Instagram account is private, they may be required to provide proof of their Story if selected as a potential winner.

5. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.
First to Play VIP Weekend
The Grand Prize includes a two (2)-night stay at Moxy Ottawa Downtown, breakfast for two (2), dinner for two (2), and an exclusive Moxy swag bag.
Approximate Retail Value: CAD $800.
The two (2)-night stay is subject to room availability at the time of booking. Blackout dates apply, including holidays, special events, and other dates determined by Moxy Ottawa Downtown. Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
This offer cannot be combined with any other offer or rate plan. 
This prize is exclusive to Moxy Ottawa Downtown and it not valid or redeemable at any other Marriott Moxy Hotel.
The prize must be accepted as awarded, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
The draw will take place shortly after August 31, 2026.
The selected entrant will be contacted directly via Instagram Direct Message from the official @MoxyOttawaDowntown Instagram account within approximately seven (7) days of the draw.
The selected entrant must respond within five (5) days of the message being sent. If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time, is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, another eligible entrant may be selected.
Before being declared the official winner, the selected entrant may be required to correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing question, as required by Canadian law.

7. Use of Entries
By entering the Contest, participants grant Moxy Ottawa Downtown permission to repost, share, publish, and otherwise use submitted photos and related content across its website, social media channels, and marketing materials without additional compensation.
Participants confirm that they own the content they submit and have obtained permission from any identifiable individuals appearing in the photo.

8. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these Official Rules, submits incomplete, fraudulent, offensive, inappropriate, or misleading content, or attempts to tamper with the Contest or its administration.
The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest should circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect its administration.
The Sponsor’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Contest are final.

9. Release
This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By participating, entrants release Instagram, Meta, Moxy Ottawa Downtown, Marriott International, participating partner businesses, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance or use of the prize.
The Voima Group Canada Inc. is acting solely as a marketing and administrative service provider on behalf of the Sponsor and assumes no responsibility for the administration of the Contest, prize fulfillment, or any claims arising from participation in the Contest.

10. Privacy
Any personal information collected in connection with this Contest will be used solely for the administration of the Contest and prize fulfillment and will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.

11. Website Hosting Disclaimer
These Official Rules are hosted on voimagroup.ca solely as a service to Moxy Ottawa Downtown. All questions regarding the Contest, prize fulfillment, eligibility, or winner selection should be directed to Moxy Ottawa Downtown through Instagram at @MoxyOttawaDowntown.
