AC Ottawa Hotel Downtown
To support the grand opening of AC Hotel Downtown, Voima directed a comprehensive public relations and communications strategy designed to generate awareness and momentum. We managed internal and external launch events, secured media and influencer engagement, coordinated FAM tours, developed press materials, and provided social media guidance to amplify reach.
Our team also created branded video content for the launch and for Marriot.com, helping position the hotel with impact from day one.

Through a series of strategic initiatives, Voima has supported the County of Haliburton in advancing economic development, tourism, and regional branding efforts. We led the development of the County's Investment Attraction Development Plan, aligning messaging and strategy to support long-term economic growth and regional competitiveness.
Our work has included the production of economic development, tourism, and physician recruitment videos, each supported by tailored social media content designed to extend reach and engagement. We also strengthened the MyHaliburtonHighlands brand with refined logo assets and an updated brand standards document, ensuring clarity and consistency across future initiatives.
Ontario Tennis Association - East Region

Amanda Schultz, Partner
With more than two decades of experience in marketing, branding and public relations, Amanda has held senior roles at top-tier agencies serving global clients, as well as with Canada’s largest newspaper and magazine publishers. She also spent eight years in the Ontario municipal sector, leading tourism and economic development strategy and marketing initiatives.
Amanda completed formal studies in branding at the University of California, Los Angeles, and in new media and photography at Toronto Metropolitan University and Humber College. She also earned her Municipal Administration Certificate from AMCTO, bringing both practical expertise and strategic leadership to every challenge.
Geoff Schultz, Partner
Geoff brings extensive business service and management knowledge to the table, developed through nearly a decade of professional experience in the financial industry. An avid musician, Geoff also spent several years working with a well-known guitar manufacturer, blending his passion for music with his professional expertise.
He has also worked in transportation and construction, where his hands-on experience proved invaluable in managing complex logistics, including client events and large-scale initiatives.
Geoff has led brand redesigns, shaped corporate strategy, and managed integrated digital and traditional marketing and advertising campaigns, bringing both operational insight and creative direction to every project.

Digital & Communications Coordinator
